Kristina serves as the Associate Vice President for Volunteer Services and Community Engagement at Augusta University and AU Health System. Responsible for engaging the community in the healthcare and education mission of the university through volunteer service opportunities and community partnerships. She is GSVRP Programs Committee Co-Chair. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Augusta University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from University of South Carolina.

LaWanda is the Director of Volunteer Services at Moffitt Cancer Center.  She manages over 800+ volunteers at multiple campuses throughout the Tampa Bay area. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University and holds 2 Master’s Degrees from Michigan State University and St. Leo University.

Prior to joining PEN, Andrea was the head of US consulting for pharmaphorum connect. Before pharmaphorum, Andrea held corporate communication roles of increasing responsibility at two global pharmaceutical companies.

Kaitee is the Executive Director of Foundation & Volunteer Services at Banner Casa Grande in Arizona. Kaitee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and Expressive Arts and attended Brooks Institute of Photography for a MFA in Photography. Kaitee is a past speaker at AHVRP Conferences. Kaitee is an international wedding photographer & member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI).

Lori is the Volunteer Services Manager at Poudre Valley Hospital.  She also served as the Coordinator for this department and has over 8 years of experience.  Before that, she was the Retail Strategy Supervisor and Coordinator for the hospitals Gift Shops and Spa.  She graduated from Colorado State University. Her Professional Memberships are with AHVRP, from 2010-present.

She is currently working towards her Master's in Management and is a certified administrator of volunteer services. Stacey is a member of AHVRP and NEADHVS and was the 2018 recipient of the AHVRP retail excellence award.

Marie is the Manager of Volunteer Services in Cook’s Children where she manages over 1,060 volunteers. She has served on the TVMC planning committee several times and was the President of DOVIA Tarrant County in 2016. Marie has her Bachelors in Education has been an educator for 12 years, she also has some form of volunteer management experience for the past 16 years.

Pam has worked with volunteers at Swedish Issaquah, Redmond, and Mill Creek for 9 of her 15 years in healthcare, and has been involved in non-profit volunteer administration for over 30 years. She loves the Pacific Northwest, wordsmithing, her 15 grandkids and their parents, music, paper clips and volunteers, not necessarily in that order.

Peggy holds a Master's of Science degree in nursing and has her Nurse Executive Certification. Her current professional affiliate is AORN, she is also the Program Director for Surgical Services.

Judy has over 20 years of volunteer engagement experience. Judy received the Ellen Burston Award for her work leading Pennsylvania’s state (PSDVS) board as President. Her platform focused on benchmarking and education. Judy is always learning and growing; she has now brought her experience to Nemours A.I duPont hospital for Children, and has restructured the volunteer department saving dollars and increasing functionality.

Kerry is the Volunteer Coordinator at CoxHealth in Springfield, MO. He serves with over 400 volunteers, and has worked with volunteers for over 20 years. Kerry has a BA Degree from Missouri State University, and is currently pursuing his MA Degree. Kerry is on the Board of MAHVRP, and on the Executive Committee of the Volunteer Leadership Group in Springfield.

 

Rebecca Neely, CVM

With a background in communications, Rebecca has been cultivating relationships and partnerships for over a decade. Rebecca currently serves as the Volunteer Engagement Programs Manager for Arkansas Children’s Northwest, the newest children’s hospital in the nation, opened 2018. Rebecca worked to create the entire volunteer program now boasting more than 200 volunteers. Rebecca is pursuing a masters of business administration.

Tracy is the Director of Volunteer Services at Dignity Health California Hospital Medical Center. Her tenure in volunteer management began at Downey Regional Medical Center. Tracy attended USC. In a professional capacity, Tracy has served as the President of SCADVS, a trainer/educator for CAHHS CAVS certification and a regional member of the Dignity Health Volunteer Services Task Force.

She has her Bachelors of Arts from University of Iowa. She is also the owner of a small retail shop and has been a manager for 7 years for Gateway Computer.

Chris is the Director of Volunteer Services at Atrium Health’s Central Division. He previously managed volunteers for the City of Charlotte and the Connecticut Juvenile Court System. Erica is a certified fundraising executive (CFRE) and certified administrator of volunteer services (CAVS).

Following a career changing stint as an AmeriCorps volunteer, Chris has leveraged her experience in healthcare marketing and communications and now leads the volunteer program at Children’s Hospital Colorado’s South Campus. Chris lives outside Denver and enjoys all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

She received her Masters is Social Services from Fordham University and her Bachelors of Arts as well. Margarita is involved with the Delaware Association Volunteer Administrators and also is a Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services.

Jeannie started as a volunteer in 2014 and quickly joined the volunteer department as the Administrative Assistant. When the opportunity presented itself Jeannie was hired as a supervisor. She is a member of both AHVRP and the WSSDVS in Washington State. She has a degree from Washington State University in Communications and a minor in Sociology. Jeannie's past experience in the school system brings knowledge about learning styles into everyday interactions with volunteers.

Sabra is the manager of the Sanford USD Medical Center Gift Shops. Sabra also worked for many years for Sullivan’s, a leading wholesaler in the Floral and Gift industry. Her duties included traveling to Asia to develop the products lines and setting up the showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas and Minneapolis. Sabra has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing from Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD.

Angela is a Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration. She is the System Director of Volunteer Services at Summa Health and responsible for direction of volunteer programs at several hospitals, overseeing gift shops and auxiliaries. Her past experience includes volunteer management positions at Sisters of Charity Health System and Cleveland Clinic Akron General.

Dr. Heinlein received her PhD in Human Development from Marywood University (Scranton, PA) and her research focus on burnout and volunteer resource managers.

Liz recently joined the Houston Methodist Foundation team in May 2019 as the Program Manager, Volunteer Relations. She has over 16 years of experience managing volunteer programs in healthcare and non-profit settings. Prior to joining the Foundation’s team, Liz worked for several large healthcare systems in the Texas Medical Center in Houston including Memorial Hermann, Harris Health and Texas Children’s Hospital where she enjoyed creating opportunities for individuals to give back and make a difference in the lives of others. Liz attended Sam Houston State University where she received a BS in Psychology with a minor in Music. Outside of work, Liz spends time volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and other organizations that give back to youth programs.

She served on the Executive Board of Florida Association of Directors of Volunteer Services (FADVS) for 3 years, becoming President in 2015. She has also been an active member of both FADVS and AHVRP for 15 years.
