Charles “Peanut” Tillman

A 13-year NFL veteran, All-Pro (2012) and two-time Pro Bowl selection (2011, 2012), Charles “Peanut” Tillman was selected by the Chicago Bears in the second-round of the 2003 NFL Draft. Widely renowned as one of the league’s top at his position, Tillman has started 164 of 168 career games throughout his career and boasts 911 total tackles, 126 pass deflections, 38 interceptions, 44 forced-fumbles and 11 fumble recoveries. He spent the 2015 season with the NFC-Champion Carolina.

Erik Rasmussen, Vice President, Advocacy & Public Policy Group, American Hospital Association, Washington, DC

Erik works in the Federal Relations Department of the American Hospital Association as Vice President of the Advocacy & Public Policy Group.  Erik is responsible for representing AHA’s interests before the U.S. Congress.  His primary goals are to promote hospitals’ interests with primary congressional committees with greatest importance to hospitals and will play a leadership role in developing AHA’s strategies and articulating AHA’ s policies on assigned congressional committees.

Ms. Hess works with healthcare organizations and associations nationwide to mitigate the
root causes of disengagement. While constantly monitoring industry trends, and doing
research on her own, Vicki zeros in on what’s working (and what’s not) and customizes
solutions to complement each organization’s culture and place on the engagement
journey. She works with organizations and associations across the country to positively
impact employee engagement through consulting, workshops, retreats and keynote
presentations.

Nancy Howell Agee, 2018 Chair of the American Hospital Association Board of Trustees, president and CEO of Carilion Clinic, Roanoke, Virginia

Nancy Howell Agee is the president and CEO of Carilion Clinic, a not-for-profit health care organization with a comprehensive network of hospitals, primary and specialty physician practices, and other services serving nearly 1 million Virginians.

Ms. Agee was born at Roanoke Memorial Hospital (now a Carilion hospital) and began her career in nursing there in the early 1970s. In 1996, she was appointed vice president and gradually assumed increasing executive leadership responsibilities. From 2001 to 2011, Ms. Agee served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, co-leading Carilion’s reorganization into a patient-centered, physician-led clinic and developing a joint-ventured medical school and research institute with Virginia Tech.

Mandy Harvey, American jazz singer and songwriter. Her message is universal….Hope, Dream, Believe, no matter what…

Mandy Harvey is a hearing impared American singer-songwriter. A Vocal Music Education major at Colorado State University, Mandy lost her residual hearing in 2006-2007 at age eighteen due to a neurological disorder, and left the program. She pursued several career options, including education, but returned to music in 2008. She quickly became a regular performer at Jay's Bistro in Fort Collins and then branched out to having regular concerts at Dazzle Jazz Lounge in Denver (Top 100 Jazz venues in the world).

Barbara Hyduke, MSA, Deputy Chief of Staff, Veterans Health Administration VHA

Ms. Hyduke has demonstrated exceptional leadership in her 21-year career at the Department of Veterans Affairs.  She began her career as a Medical Technologist (ASCP) at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw Michigan where she held progressively responsible positions as a Quality Management Specialist and Laboratory and Respiratory Care Supervisory Health Care Specialist before moving to VISN 11 in Ann Arbor as a Health Systems Specialist for the Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC) Service Line.  She assumed increasing responsibility at the VISN and eventually became the Director, VISN 11 GEC Service Line.
