Principles of Volunteer Resource Management – focuses on the building blocks of a dynamic volunteer program re- tooled for today's health care environment covering all aspects of volunteer management including volunteer resource, strategic planning, program enhancement, legal awareness, ongoing preparedness for The Joint Commission, program management, assessment and design, program operations and risk management, technology, tools and professional development.
