Donna Hartley

donna hartleyDonna Hartley is an inspirational, entertaining, and high content speaker. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and the owner and founder of Hartley International. She is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and former Miss Hawaii.

Donna has been featured on PBS, NBC, ABC and in The New York Times. She is the author of Fire Up Your Life!

Sister Mary Roch Rocklage, RSM

sr. rochSister Mary Roch Rocklage, RSM, is the Health Ministry Liaison, Sisters of Mercy Health System, which sponsors integrated health care delivery systems, hospitals, physician practices and related health and human service programs in seven states.

Prior to becoming Health Ministry Liaison in June of 2008, Sister Mary Roch was Chair of the Sponsor Council from January 2004 - June 2008 and served as full-time Chair of the Health System Board from 1999 to 2003. Subsequent to her appointment as Chair of the Health System Board, Sister Mary Roch served for 13 years as Mercy's first President and Chief Executive Officer of the Health System. She previously served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the American Hospital Association. Sister Mary Roch has served on the governing boards of numerous health systems and continues to serve on boards for various organizations. She participates in many governmental, religious and civic agencies, task forces and committees for health planning. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

 

Wilny Audain

Wilny Audain was born on the island of Haiti and migrated to the United States with his parents in the sixties. He was educated at Andrews University, in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He also attended the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he did his graduate work. Besides English, Mr. Audain is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.

For over twenty years Wilny Audain worked as a Psychotherapist, Training Manager and Director of Human Services agencies. He's experienced great success in this work to the point of having a congratulatory audience with the President of the United States. Having worked for the Governor of a dynamic state, Mr. Audain helped revamp a six billion dollar state program. He was also instrumental in building better bridges between the state legislature of one political party and the governor's office of another party. In that capacity Mr. Audain worked with many state legislators, high government officials and a variety of large organizations and their CEOs.

Wilny Audain is presently an international speaker; trainer and consultant helping organizations succeed beyond the norm. As a speaker and trainer many organizations have rated Mr. Audain as one of the top speakers and trainers in this country. As a consultant and coach he works one on one with individuals to help improve their performance as it relates to their communications skills, management effectiveness and still have a satisfying, successful and happy life. His client list includes major organizations such as TRW, Hughes Satellite, Horizon, Lilly USA, Rockefeller University, Bowie State University, The University of Connecticut, Rockhurst University, Princeton University, Johnson and Wales University, The U. S. department of defense, the IRS, the governments of the United States, South Arica, Canada, Jamaica, Cayman islands and many other national and international government and private agencies including, hospitals, school districts, churches and has repeatedly been cited for his superior training skills. With many years of experience working as a Psychotherapist, Training Manager and Director of Human Services agencies, Wilny Audain shares a clear sense of what it takes to succeed and continue to grow without burning out.
