Completing your conference registration is easy as 1-2-3!
- Download the conference brochure or register online
- Mark "MODIFIED REGISTRATION" on the top of the registration form if you registered prior to June.
- Complete all three pages of the form to ensure accurate processing.
- Fax all pages of your completed registration form to RCS at (805)654-1676
