State Auxiliary Leaders

The State Auxiliary Leaders (SALs) are the Presidents and Presidents Elect of each state hospital volunteer association.

As SALs, they are responsible for:

Guiding their respective states' volunteer programs.
Leading effective volunteer involvement in grassroots advocacy, by strengthening the advocacy agenda among members to increase action, awareness and involvement.
Identifying and developing educational material and programs that meet the needs of their members.
Enhancing communication and closer working relationships between members and their healthcare governing boards, management, and medical staff.
