Do I need to be an AHVRP member to make a referral?
Yes, recruiters must be members at the time of the new member referral application. Who qualifies as a new referral? Individuals who are non member or who have been inactive AHVRP members within the past two years.
How do I refer someone to join AHVRP?
Refer colleagues to the AHVRP Web site (www.ahvrp.org/join) to join through the AHVRP Recruitment Rewards Program and Campaign. Will non member conference registration submitted as part of 2010 Annual Conference count towards recruitment? Yes.
How many members may I refer?
As many as you can! Top recruiters will be recognized in AHVRP Briefings, PICH and News You Can Use. What are the incentives for recruiting?
Campaign Reward for Individual Level:
First place - receives one free registration to the 2010 AHVRP Annual Conference in St. Louis, MO.
Second place - receives one roundtrip airfare to the 2010 AHVRP Annual in St. Louis, MO.
Campaign Reward for State Level:
The State Affiliated Group recruiting the most new members between November 1, 2009 – February 28, 2009 receives a redeemable coupon book for its member that may include: 10% Off an AHVRP Product at 2010 Annual Conference, 25% CD Webinar Archive (excluding Principles), $25 Off Live Webinar, Free Shipping on any AHVRP Product.
Recruitment Rewards Program:
After February 28, 2010 reap the benefits of your ongoing recruitment efforts! You be automatically enrolled in the AHVRP Recruitment and Rewards program when you recruit one member. Earn 100 points for every new or qualify renewing member.
Point Redemption: Points can be redeemed in May or November. Once a redemption order is placed, your account will be reduced by the number of points used to acquire the reward.
Customer Service: If you have a problem or question regarding whether you earned points from a particular member or redemption order please contact AHVRP.
Rewards Central: Redeem points for discounts on Webinar registration and archives, AHVRP Publications and Shipping & Handling, AHVRP Membership Renewal Waiver, 2011 AHV RP Annual Conference and Gift Cards. Redeem as few as 100 points to receive rewards.
