Mailing List Rental
Reach over 1,200 AHVRP members by renting our member list. For a nominal fee, you will receive self-adhesive Avery 5160 labels for a single mailing. Content of mailing is subject to approval by AHVRP. Labels are sent via email in pdf format.
Pricing: $500 per use.
Partners in Community Health (PICH) Quarterly Newsletter

Electronic Requirements
All artwork should be submitted electronically to ahvrp@aha.org with Company Name and AHVRP PICH Newsletter or News You Can Use in the subject heading. If necessary, materials may also be submitted to AHVRP on CD-ROM. To ensure proper proofing, all CD artwork must include a print out of the ad. Files must be pre-formatted in four-color process (CMYK) and saved as a high resolution EPS, JPG, PDF, or TIF file (300 dpi or higher). Spot and RGB colors are not accepted. An art fee of $100 will be applied to any ads that need to be converted into CMYK process after they have been submitted to AHVRP.
Annual Conference and Event Sponsorship
Sponsorship opportunities can be negotiated through the office of the Executive Director.
